About the Course
In a world where emotions often control actions and conflicts escalate quickly, learning how to respect the room — and yourself — is a life-changing skill.
This 90 minute masterclass teaches youth how to understand their emotions, respond instead of react, and navigate relationships with maturity, confidence, and self-control. Through real-life examples, interactive reflection, and honest conversation, participants will learn the value of self-awareness, empathy, and effective communication.
Whether it’s walking away from drama, handling disrespect without exploding, or simply learning how to read a room — this course equips young people with the emotional tools they need to thrive in school, home, work, and life.
